I think i'm in the minority, but I loved Georgia Tech (B.S. Computer
Engineering, class of 2004). It's funny - I went to Ma Tech w/the intentions
of 2 things:
1) learning how digital anything works
2) attaining the ability to design & understand music machines.

#1 was nailed pretty hard through the cirriculum, but I had to focus my way
through electives to achieve #2 (with a BIG NOD to Dr. William Marshall Leach).
Now, Ma Tech decides to focus on Music Technology. This excites me to no end.

Just like anywhere else, you have to really choose your focus to succeed at GT.
The opportunities are there - they just don't grab us by the hands (us
= my peers
and I).
