Okay, what sort of controls do you fellows want? It's probably possible to
build them, if you can describe them.  ;)

Imagine you had a breakthrough additive synth engine with simple control
parameters. What would the different "knobs" on this hypothetical synth be
doing to the sound? Forget the internal mechanics of additive synthesis for
a moment. What would your ideal parameters be for a totally new type of
synth? Don't tell me what the knobs would be doing with respect to the
internal synth engine. What effect would they have on the sound being produced?
