I never quoted him.
It's carte blanche... whatever I deem fair and reasonable.
Very common actually. Many clients never ask at all.
We're in a different league financially than some of these musicians 
and since they know they can deduct it as a working expense, many 
really don't care.

But the question honestly wasn't what *I* should charge.
It was what YOU would charge.
I wanted to see what others think is fair. :)
