Fwiw, I just restored a 3100.
They have 154 electrolytics in them (and yes, I changed them *all*!)
Amazing to see so many Korg35 filter chips in there too.
One broken 3100 could help a lot of MS-20's. ;-)
I'd think these hybrid chips would fail more quickly than the LDRs, 
but I know there's some substitutes available.
Not an easy synth to access the key contacts for cleaning either :(
