This is where using an FPGA would be a good thing....You would need one 
FPGA (Altera Cylone II or Xilinx Spartan 3/3E) and a Delta Sigma 
DAC...(oversimplification)...I am still working on making an add on board 
that will plug into the Spartan 3 starter board....
