[sdiy] OA91 germanium diode substitute

I don't have the spec of the OA91, but you might try substituting
a 1N34A, a very common germanium diode.

Where are you using it ?   It may be possible to use a shottky diode
such as the 1N5817 which has a similar (low) forward voltage drop.

I fixed my scope with a 1N34A as a sub for an unobtainable germanium
diode...
