[sdiy] switch nuts

I have a bunch of these nuts, if you still need 'em.
However, they've either been taken off of Emu modular synths that
were here for restoration or are new, but not very highly plated (not
so shiny).

Nice hardware is hard to find though.
I've been ordering nuts and finish washers from Switchcraft for over 15 years.
The quality went down and down. (Ironic too, since Switchcrafts motto
is "Consistently Excellent")
Finish washers would come in looking chalky and were very badly plated.
The nuts would often be of varying thickness and sometimes unfaceted
on one side (flat.)

After many years of back and forth communications with Switchcraft in
Chicago, I finally got ahold of a person there that realized what the
problem was and was able to make some changes in their production. He
recently he sent me over a thousand washers that were absolutely
gorgeous.
Hopefully this will result in everyone now obtaining better looking harware.
