[sdiy] MN3013??

Hi List,

I'm hoping someone can help me - I ran across chip, MN3013, that I suspect as being a BBD(?)

Problem is, I can find no info on it anywhere - the doc at Harry's BBD Hell stops at MN3012 and googling doesn't seem to turn up anything on it.

Does anybody know what this chip is, and, better still, know where I can find a data sheet on it?
