[sdiy] daily digest, anyone?

This topic has been discussed several times before.  Please see an archive for full
details, however, the consensus here has been that we don't want a digest.  One of the
reasons is that we become plagued with responses from digest users that have subject
lines like "Re: SDIY Digest #23454.43" because those users are forced to manually copy
the real subject to their mail client - and being human, they forget to do this.  I am
guilty of doing this on another list to which I subscribe as a digest user and post
only rarely.
