I validated that the keyboard scan board does put out midi with velocity.
It also provides sustain pedal and key transpose.  It looks like it
should also provide tuning, pitchbend, and modulation although I can
not get those to work yet.  It seems to also have another pedal input
that I do not know what it is for.

The keyboard scan board is only about 1/3 populated.  It has a LGK-38
and 220-1725 on it.  Anyone have any information on this board?  Looks
like it might have been a complete unit and was only populated enough
for keyboard scan functionality.
