[sdiy] OT: HTML posts

I agree and my reader deletes HTML as well.

I also agree that HTML has no place in posts to this list.  HTML can more than
double the amount of data transmitted.  With respect to this forum, HTML carries
absolutely no useful content, and to text only mail readers, it's ugly.
