That would be the TMS9919 which is not even in the same league of weirdness
and noise as the SN76477.  Its much more like a SID chip but less.

Thankfully I have found a couple DarkStar boards.  Maybe Mr Blacet could be
convinced to either re-issue the beastie or officially release the
schematics of it for personal use.
