[sdiy] nice deal on small 15V PS

His supply is clearly a 7815 / 7915 based power
supply.
Some folks will not approve of that. They like the
723 based supply better.  

I'm not so particular. I doubt that a lot of DIYers
could build this supply for $15 themselves... it is
nicely packaged. OTOH the shipping might be a little
sttep, as linear supplies often are :^P
