I'd recommend VCO3 off my site. I get very positive comments about the 
sound of it. Besides of that it has a very large sweep range, makeing it 
possible to go from sub-lfo (15minutes cycles) to ultrasonic without any 
cap switching or the like.
Components should be easy to source in Europe, maybe the only thing that 
got difficult to get is the 2SC1583, which can be substituted by a 2SC3381.
