Midi->CV is relatively easy.  If you want to DIY, there are dozens (well, 
maybe a half dozen) people here who have done there own.  The only kit I 
know of, right off the bat, is the Paia kit.  It is OK...Blacet does not 
have a converter...but I think he should get off his *** and do one..., and 
it also doesn't look like MOTM has one either...what is with these guys :-)

There are a few comercial units out there...you should find them quickly 
with a Google search...
