JH and list,
Those were the results I got with 5  "identical" dual LDRs (not a very
large sample). They were certainly far better matched (within each pair)
than single LDR's randomly pulled from a box. The matching from
pair-pair wasn't as good. The film is deposited on these, either by
vacuum evaporation or by heating up a liquid suspension on the
substrate. Producing a consistent CdS film must be difficult. A 4x4
module with good matching would be a very nice thing.
