Actually, it's not FM at all. It's just 3 channels amplitude mixed at the 
end. A closer look at the envelopes suggest that it has a decay parameter 
and that's it. You can select each channel as being either sine, special 
square, or DTMF.

Rather a shame though. If it were even two op FM it'd make an excellent 
DCO. Maybe it could still be used as a DCO but you'd only have three 
partial additive.
