[sdiy] Heard of this chip MTA 1537A ?

A friend gave me a bunch of pcbs. Pcbs are McCurdy Radio boards. All ics are socketed and there're some nice multiturn trimmers, too. I couldn't find any info on this chip: MTA 1537A, 14-pin DIP, looks like power connects to pin 4 and other supply to pin 11 (maybe quad opamp?)
  All the boards look to be fine quality stuff. Hoping I got something interesting.
