[sdiy] More analog kickdrums

I have been very happy with the CGS Drum Simulator, and I think it has
more of the sound you're looking for than the ADV Bass, which I also have
(and enjoy).  And Ken's module has two drums on one PCB, individually
tunable and triggerable.
