[sdiy] transistor troubleshooting links

While nosing around for scope manuals & info (just bought a used Tek
TAS220), I found some interesting technical info. These are a couple of
pages with simple descriptions of how to check and troubleshoot transistor
circuits. Looks like handy stuff.
