Hah... anyone can make the attack (cell getting lower
in resistance) faster. Just throw more light at it.  I
could see that if you used an incandescent in series
with the LED, the cold resistance of the lamp would
overdrive the LED.  A capacitor could do the same.

I CHALLENGE anyone to make the DECAY faster.  You may
use anything you like to remove electrons from the
cell. Maybe a "FLASH-DARK" is what you could use...
shine it on the cell and convert the stored electrons
BACK to photons and suck them out of the cell !!!

"Vactrols" are an endangered species like the OTA at
this point... 

AND NO SHIT out of you, Senso... with a story that I
have just queered your big e-bay auction of a big lot
of your Vactrols (or OTAs)  <bfg>  :^P

(Vactrols will remain for a while, but new they will
be quite expensive. Stock up now if you want them)
