for tiny boards, I was looking at: www.futurlec.com . shipping is $5.
the price i see for this without soldermask/silkscreen is:
Length: 40.00 mm
Width: 30.00 mm
Area: 1200.00 mm sq
Board Type: Single-Sided
Printed Circuit Board Quotation
Qty Description Each Total
50 Single-Sided Printed Circuit Boards 0.84 42.00
1 Setup and Artwork for above boards 15.00 15.00
Total (USD) 57
thats the same rate for PCBs no matter how many, atleast thats how the
PCB quote program shows it. i don't know if they have any other rules
but that looks like a deccent price. for soldermask ($12) or silkscreen
($12) it is another 1 time fee per design. I've ordered boards from them
before. they ship pretty quickly (1-2 weeks). I'm waiting for my second
PCB from futurlec right now.

has a picture of the board I bought from them, but I expect you know
that URL :)
