OP-07 might work.  It has very low offset but not very low input
impedance, so it will load the capacitors a bit. MUCH less than
your meter probes so it should be an improvement.

Mike Irwin's method of making an oscillator and using a frequency
counter is very good also (if you have a frequency counter :^)
