[sdiy] Release Velocity & Poly Aftertouch -- Too Much?

Unfortunately, even channel aftertouch is being ignored all too often by 
makers of keyboards. The Alesis Ion even has all the routings in place in 
its synth engine and then they made aftertouch a wheel operated device 
instead of using the keyboard pressure.

The worst of all, for me at least, one midi/audio sequencer ignores 
aftertouch completely. Shame on you Mackie for doing this in Tracktion.
