[sdiy] VCS3 heat

An...the metric ohm's law rears it's head once again!  I betting man would
just slap some higher wattage resistors in there, but that ain't me.  I
would assert there's something else wrong.

I've got diagrams for that - get me offline. it might help you hunt this
down.
