Same here, except that the Master Selection Guide I looked in is dated
December 1971! I've got such numbers on hand as MPSU05/55 (complementary
pair) and yes, they're medium-power devices with a tab sticking out. Not
very hefty, though, and I can't say I've seen much else that used that
package.
So darn many numbers...
(I see that the "CC" list is getting quite long. Please don't CC me offlist
