I have an older Motorola book from 1984 and it doesn't show up in that book
either. (I thought you might have had an old part that was dropped from
Bob's version of the book.) Like Bob said, there are numbers in the book on
either side of "25", but that won't help you. All the similar numbers that
I found were also power devices with a metal tab.
