[sdiy] Mystery transistor--help!

It definitely would be a morotorola number.  Actually I have stock of 
several from the MPS-Uxx series.  25 is not only one I don't have...it's 
not even listed in the master motorola guide from 5 years ago at least.  
Sure you are reading that right?  Also..the MPS-Uxx ones I have AND that 
are listed all come in a small power tab case; designed for power 
applications like driver transistors in low power amplifiers and that 
sort of thing..   -Bob
