The sine shaper could have asymmetric diodes as well... or use a combo of
diodes and LEDs instead.

Probably a better way to mangle would be some precision rectifier after
the LFO... you could get 2X freq. triangles with a full wave, triangle shaped
pulses with a half wave etc...

Go HOG WILD with some variant of the diode breakpoint generator from
Jim Patchell's  Vocal filter...  or I might add that Ian Frits has some very
unique waveform manglers...

otoh this is an LFO.  Maybe these would be more interesting in an audio
freq. design
