Hi Roy!

I don't know who made them originally, but here's some info,

They've been around for a while, (Serge Tcherepnin used 'em).

NTE has a cross reference to their part number:   NTE458

Turns out that Mouser has real J201 FETs from both
Vishay/Siliconex  (781-J201),  and Fairchild (512-J210).
