[sdiy] parts numbering

I believe they are Siliconix parts (now owned by Vishay). Data at:

The J201 is still listed and, though I couldn't find the E402, they 
definitely still produce dual JFETs. Try the U404 or U440 - I successfully 
used these in a stereo broadcast limiter.
