I trashed a slider on my Korg D8 a while ago, but their parts supplier
was very good at getting me a new one. You will find the link below.

You may have to call Korg first to get a part number.

Subject: [sdiy] New Technology needing a replacement slider.

Hi, I recently got a Korg EMX-1 Unit, partly for the back lit tubes ;-)
har
har, partly for its all-in-1 functions, but mostly for a toy to break
out
from software. This thing for the most part works as advertised.

My only concern is that there is a slider in the lower left hand corner.

When you apply a little bit of pressure the slider will pop into the
board
a bit as if its sort of loose or getting off track. Also the slider
doesn't
quite move as smooth as it did fresh from the box. I am about 75 percent

sure i was the culprit of this issue. Has any one else had a similar
issue
with this unit or is there a way to fix this? This unit still works fine
as
its only about 6 months old, but as this unit is the one that i tote
around
id like to try and keep it in top condition. I haven't opened it up or
investigated the unit yet as its still fairly new and i am in the dark
about what parts could be serviceable.
                      -Graham
