[sdiy] bareille polyvokx filter clone problem

Hi All
I have completed my filter except for one thing I just can't find on the
diagrams for parts or in the schematic....C4. I can see and have
installed C3 where it connects between ground and a trace that runs
under the IC's to a link and then through the ferrite bead on the +15
side. I have followed the trace through the -15 ferrite bead then
through a link into a trace that runs under the ic's but can find no
pads to connect C4 to? There only appear to be connections into the IC's
and nothing else, C4 also appears to not be marked anywhere on the part
layout.  
Has anyone else had this problem and can maybe let me know if its not
needed or how the soldered it to the board, the filter is complete and
wired ready to go but i dont want to power it until i figure this out.
