Unscrew the top/back cover. Turn the unit so that the front panel
is on right hand. You're looking at the solder side of the top PCB
(2292029600 1/2). Look for the "SW1 LEVEL" switch on the left edge
of the PCB. At the right of the switch you have C4.  It's a small
electrolytic capacitor. Remove it and all dry signal is eliminated
from the output.

You pretty much have to disassemble the whole unit to access the
component, unless you choose to cut a trace.

On the RSD-10 schematic at

erroneously labelled "C9".
