[sdiy] x0xb0x/303 knob problem

I have just finished building my x0xb0x but the accent knob and decay knob do not do anything, and the env mod knob does not behave correctly, increasing it closes the filter. I have checked orientation of components and everything is as should be, any ideas?

FWIW most of the components are the same as a 303 and indeed a lot of the designators are the same, so any 303 experts I would be greatful of your input. Thanks!
