ahh thank you. I have been waiting for those words
(I always suspected that would be true...)
Like to point out that certain FET buffer / drivers
such as those from Micrel would be suitable for
clock drivers. Circuits desinged to drive IGBT in
inverter applications are ideal for driving the
capacitive loads of the BBD. Just make sure they
clock fast enough for you.
