[sdiy] TR606 MIDI mod... like Colin Fraser's for TB303?

There was a guy doing these for 606, DR110, TB303 and a few others in the
Netherlands, I think he was called Dtronic or Dtronik, he also does sync
boxes but not sure if he still does the midi kits.
