[sdiy] washing PCB's

I just found that it didn't flow as well as normal (flux based or
organic) solder. Not sure why this should be .. perhaps the stuff I
have used is not 60/40 tin/lead (although I have seen 60/40 tin/lead no
clean solder for sale).
