Laurie Biddulph and me will try to find the reason why the frequency
generated is a bit too low.
The frequency is absolutely correct in my prototype that is built with the
ATmega8535.
I suspect that there is a difference in timer programming in the ATmega16.
Therefore the sampling frequency is a bit too low.
