[sdiy] return of the SDIY webring?

It's funny, I was trolling through some very old backup disks and the 1000 
league deep subdirectories of my hard drive trying to find something and 
guess what I found? The original files for the SDIY webring I made back in 
1998!!! While I doubt the source code for it will still work nowadays, all 
the images created by list members are intact. So why not revive it?

I was checking out webring.com which offers free advertisment-free rings. 
They provide the code and server and setup is as simple as it gets. Most 
importantly, since I may be deployed to an aircraft carrier someday the ring 
can have multple managers to maintain it.

so what say you? Yay or Nay to the once prosperous SDIY Webring???
