I have some similar chips (and some of the same ones as well) that I got out
of disk drives. They were used as read head amplifiers.
You could probably make a hell of a balanced-input mic preamp using one of
those.

Is it still subject to the same limitations as far as supply voltage goes?
I've got a fair number of 4066s on hand and the limit to 15V or so for supply
voltage means I either have to run it single-ended with ac coupling or use
some weird power rails like +/- 7.5V or something.
