Pin 1 GND
Pin 2 Diff input (low side - connects to lower half of output buffer)
Pin 3 Diff input (high side)
Pin 4 Bias/feedback
Pin 5 +VE
Pin 6 Out
Now the hard part - which pin is which in this sort of package???
