Simple informative.... States your position well.
You could have even said "I've made this mod to
some EFM modules with good results" 

I may not have even noticed a statement like
that. Much less come un-glued  We're cool...  :)

If I ever think I'm good enough and decide to do 
a high quality (damn the cost!) anything, I wouldn't
consider VRefs. Each and every module will have 
it's own power-supply... This idea, I have seen in 
commercially produced products... It's a little pricey
though..Not really my thing ... but you knew that...
