i love hardware samplers ! i just got a ensoniq asrx for $300! just 6 years
old and at one time sold for about $1500! (i think) any of the emu samplers
are great as well as the ensoniqs for example the ensoniq mirage is a 8bit
sampler with curtis chip filters and i just saw one of these go for 50$ also
to watch out for is the casio FZ10 and the yamaha TX16W someone has even
written a new OS for that one ! its some great times that we live in
....with analog synths going up in price and hardware samplers going down
its something like the late 80's isnt it ?
sorry for the double post for some
