[sdiy] vacuum tubes!!!

how bizarre, an aquaintance just dropped off a milk crate of electronic 
parts for me. in the crate were some dual concentric 1 Meg pots with 
switches, some DB25 female connectors, a technicians assortment of 
electrolytic caps and.... dozens of vacuum tubes!! help me out here. I'm not 
a tube guy so I don't know what I'm looking at. I can't tell if they are new 
or used, my friend says there's both. here's some numbers:
