[sdiy] Mounting hole size/location for FracRack panels

I am in the midst of designing a few FracRack-sized panels and am wondering 
if there is some sort of spec for size and location of mounting holes? I 
fear that if I try to 'measure and guess', I will potentially screw it up 
and waste a bunch of money on panel fab. (Better to ask those who have 
designed these before!)

It would be ideal to know the size/location for both single-width and 
double-width panels.
