A while back I saw someone had put a Fat Man into an old "Piano-saurus" toy
piano. So then I found one at a Goodwill store (a Piano-saurus) - and bought
it. Then I found a Casio keyboard. And I have some 74C923's so I can make a
version of Ken Stone's li'l keboard (a brilliant gewm, Ken).
I debated for a while if I should tear apart the Casio. But a voice in my
head kept saying "Dude! Synth-a-SAURUS!"
So now I have too many ideas in my head and would like to hear what you all
think would be cool and what would suck. Austerity is the key but I'm not in
a hurry anyway. I think I'll give it to my daughter. Or at least let her
touch it.
What I'm really trying to decide is if I should leave it as mostly simple
regular synth stuff. Or fill it full of the stochastic stuff that I love.
