I've been using Eagle in VirtualPC running Windows2000 for a while now, 
works fine.  I have a few more *ahem* CAD packages I'm going to try 
when I have the time.  Linear Tech's SwitcherCAD works fine too if you 
need a freebie SPICE to play with.
