[sdiy] Dual power supply solution?

I think, in the case of the PAiA FracRack modules, they put regulators
on each one and sell an unregulated +/-18v Power Wing supply - which,
I guess, allows it to put out more current and run more modules. Some
modules (e.g. the Blacet ones) don't have onboard regulators, but I
imagine it would be fairly trivial to add them.
