[sdiy] Dual power supply solution?

I think it's easy enough to make a 15 volt supply, and then put 12v
regulators on the modules which need them. Many circuits which I have
built which were designed for +/-12v work fine with 15.
I don't know about the Power Wings, but Fracrack modules tend to be
short and wide, so I'd guess that you might fill them up quickly. Maybe
four modules or so? (I bring everything out to panel). Maybe a 15v rack
and another rack for 12v?
